I liked learning about the PIP I remember thinking this can't fail! I had forgotten about it, improving poor performance with this is a really good idea, and the exit interviews, also a good idea and I like that it's only a few mins if they have been terminated, I can't see people wanting to suggest improvements or explain how their job role could be better for another candidate if they've been terminated.

Red Gachet
24 July 2020 01:23:15 AM

This is a must for companies without an anti-harassment policy, even small companies should have one, it means that if there is a complaint then the policy document can be followed and it kind of takes the personal out of it so you can consider the process apart of your job, not "getting involved" as I think sometimes in small companies it's seen as. Also if the people harracing you are management then you know depending on the size of the company that you can look for help outside of the company, i.e. The Police or relevant body in the UK.
